Jared, Erin and kids came into the town this weekend to spend some time with the family. Madi and Jaxson thought Katilyn was the cutest thing and just doted over her. We hadn't seen her since she was a couple months old and boy how time changes things. What an adorable little girl she has become! We are excited that they are coming back into town for Easter and can't wait to see them all again.

FROM DENVER TO SALT LAKE

WELCOME BABY CREW
Melissa had her baby March 24th and what a sweet little boy he is. He sure came into the world upset; however after a few hours he calmed down and decided this place wasn't so bad and that having Chip for a dad wasn't the worst thing that could happen, so he mellowed out.
During Melissa's pregnancy Cash named the baby Frank. We can't figure out why, but we kind of like it, so it has stuck. Although this kids legal name is Crew, to our family his name is Frank.
We sure think he is adorable, it is fun having a new baby in the family.

3.2.1... BLAST OFF
Jaxson's celebrated his 7th birthday in "Rocket Fashion!" We invited several of his friends over to a party that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. First we made rockets and then we all raced down to the park to launch our rockets into outerspace. The party theme was anything that blasted off... The kids enjoyed water blasters (which was just a big water fight), rocket balloons and the famous diet coke and mento's blast off. The biggest hit of the party was the double rocket launcher we purchased for the kids to blast off their rockets over and over again.
We really lucked out with the weather being good, I don't know what I would have done wth 16 little kids running through my house.
Nana and Grand Dad stopped by early Saturday morning to surprise Jaxson with a new bike. He absolutly loved it and all his friends were coveting his new bicycle.
We also celebrated with family Sunday night with a BBQ in the rain! At his party Jaxson recieved new baseball gear help him start off the season right. He also received a new helmet to match his bike which he thought was awesome and of course Bakugan. All and all I'd say he is a very lucky and spoiled little boy!

GRANDPARENTS DAY
Today was grandparents day at school for the 1st graders and Jaxson was so excited. He had been talking about his program weeks before and kept saying he couldn't wait until March 20th. We was very proud to have his grandparents to come to his school to see him. (Boy, is he growing up fast!) Both Grammie and Papa and Nana and Grand Dad came to watch the production. He sangs songs and recited poems and after they all enjoyed a refreshment while he showed them around his classroom. What a fun day it was for him to have both sets of grandparents there.
