Last year a few of my friends and I started going to "Witches Night Out" at Gardner Village. Every year they put on a weekend of festivities just for witches. Including cackling contests, dressing up, dancing, fall food, mini-spa treatments, raffles and shopping. We haven't quite got into the spirit of fully dressing up; however we do wear witches hats and socks.
This year the weather put a damper on attending the event (rain and cold temperatures), we pondered cancelling; but we decided to brave the cold anyway and I am sure glad we did. We took our time wondering around the shops and then had a fantastic dinner at Archibald's restaurant. I even walked away with a $50.00 gift certificate to the Cottage Day Spa.
